For young people, career education is most powerful when it is hands‑on. Events like Level Up Expo, run by CUC Maranoa in early April, give students the chance to step into real‑world scenarios, try new things and observe how they feel in different environments.

Rather than asking students to choose a career, the Expo encouraged exploration. Students took part in practical activities across a wide range of industries such as:

• recording a podcast
• interacting with robotics
• debating real legal scenarios
• tackling sustainability challenges
• creating media and photography
• experiencing trade skills through virtual reality and simulation.

We were proud to sponsor Level Up Expo and support an initiative that helps ensure every young person in the Maranoa has the opportunity to see what’s possible and explore their potential.
