The Neighbour Benefit Scheme is entirely optional. It’s an opt-in scheme designed to share the financial benefits of the project with nearby neighbours. Eligible participants can join or exit the scheme at any time. At no point will anyone be pressured to sign. Our priority is simply to ensure all eligible neighbours are informed of this opportunity.
