Once construction commences, we may provide compensation payments for eligible near neighbours as part of the project’s community benefits schemes. These payments are typically based on the size of the project and the proximity to turbines.
We can also support nearby neighbours with landscaping payments or services to help address reduced visual amenity from the wind farm.
